Mobile liquid soil mixing technology
Here we present our liquid soil mixing technology in detail. Each machine has basic equipment that can be individually expanded and adapted according to customer requirements. Custom-made products are also possible at any time!
Even the most beautiful technology with the most modern control and the simplest operation does not replace the instructions, with appropriate training, in the basics of the production of liquid soil and concrete!
Right from the start, the operator's requirement should be to comply with at least the guidelines of the FGSV, DWA 139 and RAL GZ Kanalbau for liquid soil and also those of the BÜV for concrete.
Mobile liquid soil mixing plant
With our mobile liquid soil mixing plant (MFMA) we enable you to produce low-dust liquid soil for all common applications from almost all soils.
The MFMA is designed to be particularly user-friendly and can be used quickly and effectively due to the short set-up times, even for smaller quantities.
Our MFMA does not require any complex transport and no complicated instruction.
A self-diagnosis and the possibility of a remote query (if desired) by service technicians makes it easier to identify upcoming maintenance work at an early stage and to provide technical support without long waiting times.
Since all aggregates such as soil, water, special bentonite FB and cement can be carried in system-integrated bunkers in quantities for up to 10 m³ liquid soil (taking into account the permissible total weight according to STVO), small quantities can be produced economically without external silos or connections on the construction site .
The construction time of the system until commissioning, depending on the version, about 30 minutes.
The mixing plant is not only able to produce liquid soil, but can also produce all common types of concrete.
Accessories and Extensions
We put together a functionally optimized system for our customers.
Additional requests, such as automatic self-moisture determination of the soil, can be easily integrated into the system technology. This saves you time and allows you to concentrate on ongoing production operations. This increases the homogeneity of the liquid soil.
Connections and integration into the fully automatic control are already available and therefore state of the art.
Customer-specific requests can be taken into account at any time in plant construction.
There is sufficient space at the facility for your advertising and an extension is possible at any time, e.g. B. Flagpole.

The MFMA is designed in such a way that a lengthy briefing is not necessary.
An introduction to the operation of the MFMA by the manufacturer takes place when the system is delivered and puts the operator in a position to operate it immediately.
However, this does not release him from observing the special features of the liquid soil process.
For this purpose, a separate training course at the MFMA (1-2 days) that is individually tailored to your employees is useful.
In this way, our customers can always guarantee and prove to their clients the particularly high quality of the liquid soil they produce.
The fully automatic control guarantees an optimal mixing ratio of water, additives and soil at all times during production. Weighing of the additives and permanent mixing guarantees a homogeneous mixing ratio at all times.
An additional mixing time is not normally required!
The operating personnel can follow the progress of the mixing process at any time using the operating unit on the MFMA. A remote control enables the simultaneous loading and operation of the MFMA within a radius of approx. 50 meters.
The MFMA is equipped at the factory in such a way that the delivery notes, stating the date, time, recipe, quantity and, if necessary, the number plate of the truck mixer, are recorded via the control system. If necessary, the customer and others can be taken into account in addition to the mixing master when sending the delivery note.
